In Lix you need to guide small humanoid creatures, the lix, over various obstacles to the exit. You can't control them directly, but you can give them one of a number of skills, like digging, bashing, bridge building, exploding, and more to advance through the landscape. The game is very similar to the famous proprietary game Lemmings, but includes many additional features such as replays and ability to pause and rewind time.
There are over 700 levels in singleplayer mode. There's also a multiplayer mode in which you compete online to lead the most lix to your exit.
A level editor is included.
